Pei Wei Asian Diner

I enjoy the food, but can’t stand trying to place Togo orders. They never answer the phone, and while yes I can place an order online, I’ve gotten gift cards in the passed and there is no place at online checkout to put in a gift card for payment, and it won’t allow you to place the order online without first paying. You can’t even choose to pay with cash. So the only way to place an order for pick up so you can tell them you want to use a gift card is over the phone and about 95% of the time they don’t answer, so it’s either pay with a credit card online to get the food or nothing, and I’m not gonna use my card when I have a gift card to be used and it’s the only reason I’m choosing to go there at this point.

Absolutely terrible experience. Sure the people were nice, but their sincerity was equally matched by their laziness in terms of running food out while it’s still hot and keeping the place CLEAN. Look at the pictures here. There were only TWO tables clean in the entire place. Creates a real sense of disgust and unpleasantness while trying to enjoy a meal. We typically have great experiences at other locations but whomever is managing this location clearly has no control and no ability to manage/train this staff in the realm of customer service.
